How the program works
The program is designed to work jointly with video surveillance system (NVR) The NVR receiveces image of the screen of the computer( where the program is installed and run) in exactly the same way as it receives image from an IP camera. In that way, PC-CCTV software enables the NVR record not only video from IP cameras, but also the image of the screen of the computer. Moreover, the screens of the computers where the program is run can be displayed on the NVR’s monitor.

Setting up NVR, Network Video Recorder (NVR) supports ONVIF cameras (supports ONVIF protocol).
If Network Video Recorder (NVR) supports ONVIF cameras (support ONVIF protocol) it’s recommended to select ONVIF camera when you enter data in the “Camera setting” page of the NVR.
Click right mouse button on the icon in the Windows notification area and select “Settings”, open “Access URLs” tab and write down the ONVIF URL which is written on the page, for example “http://192.168.0.98/onvif/device_service” (192.168.0.98 – IP address of the computer).
If your computer has several assigned network addresses, you will see several ONVIF URLs in the “Access URLs” tab. When entering data in the NVR – you need to enter ONVIF URL which belonges to the same network as NVR’s IP address.
If NVR ask for user name and password, – enter user name and password specified earlier in the “Users” tab.
If there is a login error message, see here.
You should be able to record computer’s screen now. If you still having problem – see the program’s built-in help or ask us for help in the Forum.

Setting up NVR, Network Video Recorder (NVR) doesn’t supports ONVIF cameras ( doesn’t supports ONVIF protocol).

If your computer has several assigned network addresses, you will see several URLs for each stream protocol in the “Access URLs” tab page. When entering data in the NVR – you need to enter stream which belonges to the same network as NVR’s IP address.
Add a new camera in your NVR, set camera type – “Generic Camera” or “RTSP-camera” and input the “RTP over RTSP over TCP” stream (not ONVIF URLs).
